Thank you for shopping with JCRUGS! We strive to provide high-quality rugs and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Please ensure the rug is not damaged, so we can process your return smoothly.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return your rug, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send the rug back to us.

3. Return Shipping Fee

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is a £30 fee. This fee covers the cost of processing and handling your return. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned rug and confirm its condition, we will process your refund, you will ony get refunded for the rug not the shipping. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. The £15 return fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including custom or made-to-order rugs. These items will be clearly marked on the product page as non-returnable.
