Why one of each

Cut, bound and finished by hand, one at a time.

Every JC rug is made in our Huddersfield workshop from British and New Zealand wool, milled here in the UK. Each one is cut to size and edge-bound by hand — no production lines. Each week we make a small batch, photograph it honestly, and release it on Wednesday at 7:30pm.

That's not a marketing gimmick. It's just how one pair of hands works.

Material: British and New Zealand wool, milled in the UK — insulating, hard-wearing and built to last.
Finish: Cut and edge-bound by hand. Checked twice before it leaves the workshop.
Rarity: One of each, ever. When a rug sells, that exact piece will never be made again.
Price: Wool rugs typically sell for £600–£2,000. Ours are under £200, always — same wool, none of the showroom markup.
