• Hard-Wearing Fibre: A dense polypropylene pile that takes daily traffic in hallways, kitchens and family rooms without flattening or wearing thin
• Spills Wipe Up: The fibre doesn't absorb liquid the way natural fibres do, so most spills sit on the surface long enough to be blotted away
• Colourfast: The colour runs through the fibre itself rather than sitting on the surface, so it won't fade in sunny rooms or wash out with cleaning
• Soft Underfoot: A deep, plush pile that feels closer to wool than you'd expect from a synthetic

• Vacuum two to three times a week in busy rooms. Trapped grit wears the pile.
• Deal with spills straight away. Dried-in stains are much harder to shift.
• Scoop solids with a spoon, then blot liquids with white paper towel.
• Blot, never rub. Work inwards from the edge so it doesn't spread.
• Cold or lukewarm water only. Heat and steam cleaners can distort the pile.
• Test any cleaner on a hidden corner first, and apply it to a cloth, not the rug.
• Avoid household cleaners and washing-up liquid. If you do use a drop, rinse it out thoroughly, as residue left in the pile attracts dirt.
• Treat greasy marks quickly. Oil is the one thing this fibre doesn't shrug off.
• For stubborn stains, this rug is bleach cleanable: one part household bleach to nine parts cold water, applied to the mark and blotted. Test on a hidden corner first.
• Don't soak it. Too much water goes through to the backing and can cause rippling or curled edges as it dries, so use the least liquid you can and blot, don't pour.
• Avoid DIY hire machines like Rug Doctor. They put down far more water than a rug can take.
• Rinse with clean lukewarm water, blot dry, and keep off it until fully dry.
• Shift furniture occasionally so you don't get permanent dents.
• Roll for storage, never fold. Creases damage the backing.
• For stubborn marks that won't budge, call in a professional cleaner who can control the moisture and dry the rug properly.
