JCRUGS Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with JCRUGS. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Changed Your Mind?
All our rugs are handmade, one-off pieces listed in individual sizes, so please check measurements and photos carefully before ordering. If you do change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

A collection fee applies and is deducted from your refund:
• Rugs: £31 (rugs are heavy, so this covers courier pickup)
• Hallway runners: £5

The original delivery charge is non-refundable, as this covers courier service (DX) at the point of dispatch.

Once the rug has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Faulty or Damaged Rugs
If your rug arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can review the issue. If a fault is confirmed, we'll arrange collection and refund you in full, including delivery

3. Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the rug must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• Properly packaged with the cardboard tube inside
We cannot process a refund if the rug is returned damaged due to poor packaging.

4. Natural Wool Smell
Our rugs are made from 100% wool, so they may have a natural wool smell when first opened. This is normal and will fade within a short time. Returns cannot be accepted for this reason.
