How the drop works

Each rug is handcrafted, one at a time. A week's work is a small collection, and once it's gone it's gone. Here's how it works, and how to catch the one meant for you.

New rugs go live every Wednesday at 7:30pm

We preview the collection

A few days before each drop, we share the full new collection over on Instagram, so you can see every rug — colours, sizes and all — before anything goes live.

We send a reminder

On the day itself, we'll post a reminder so the drop doesn't sneak up on you. If you've signed up to our list, we'll give you a nudge too.

The drop goes live

Every Wednesday at 7:30pm, the new rugs go live on the website all at once. From that moment they're first come, first served, and the popular pieces can go quickly.

Once it's gone, it's gone

Because every rug is handmade and one of a kind, there's only ever one of each. When a rug finds its home, that's it — it won't be restocked or remade. It's part of what makes finding the right one feel special.
