SHIPPING POLICY

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. We don't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge depends on the size of your rug and is shown at checkout before you pay. You'll always see the full cost, including delivery, before you place your order.

Delivery times

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days of the order being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates, and busy drops or courier delays can occasionally add a day or two. However long it takes, we'll always deliver within 30 days of your order, as required by law. If for any reason we can't, we'll contact you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Dispatch confirmation

We'll email you when your rug has been dispatched, with tracking details where available. This dispatch email also confirms that we've accepted your order, as explained in our Terms of Service.

How your rug arrives

Rugs are rolled and wrapped for protection, then sent by courier to the address you gave at checkout. Please check your address carefully before ordering. If a rug is sent to an incorrect address that you provided, we can't be responsible for it, and any cost of re-delivery may be charged to you.

If you're not in

If the courier can't deliver, they'll follow their usual process, such as leaving a card, trying again, or using a safe place or neighbour where they offer that. If your rug is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll get in touch to arrange re-delivery, which may carry an additional charge.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your rug arrives damaged, please email photos of the rug and its packaging to direct@jcrugs.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. If your tracking shows your rug as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us straight away. We'll sort it out with the courier. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Responsibility and ownership

Your rug remains our responsibility until it has been delivered to you, or to someone you've nominated to receive it. Ownership passes to you once we've received full payment.
